NK Management was launched in April 2015 by co-owners Mano Nguyen and Matt Kaneshiro.  Our mission to exceed expectations, optimize efforts, and deliver excellence in the most productive and efficient way possible while achieving maximum results.  

Our vision is to build an experienced team that works cohesively with state and federal clients, management companies, and property managers in Hawaii.  NK Management's supplementary services (Site Management, Landscaping, Janitorial, and Handyman) enhance and streamline costs, communication, and efficiency for buildings and facility management and maintenance.

Mano Nguyen - General Manager


Mano Nguyen served in the United States Navy from 1994-2002 as a hospital corpsman/combat medic. Mano obtained his bachelor's degree in Business Management from Hawaii Pacific University in 2002.  He has over seven years of condominium management experience and ten years of marketing, sales, customer service, and web design. Mano received his Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) in 2011.He served as a portfolio manager for Touchstone Properties and Hawaii First, Inc. and as a Vice President of the Oahu Account Executive Division for Associa Hawaii. Mano is dedicated to enhancing property value for clients and brings a solutions-oriented attitude to resolve client challenges. He has managed over 100 community associations on Oahu. Mano obtained his executive MBA from Shidler College of Business at University of Hawaii in May 2017.


Matt Kaneshiro - Director of Construction


Matt Kaneshiro has over 17 years of construction knowledge and property preventive maintenance experience in Honolulu, Hawaii. 

Matt’s extensive knowledge inConstruction Project Management has assisted many community association across Hawaii in forming the right team of architects, engineers for Dry-Stand Pipe retro-fit, Building & Ground Foundation, Concrete Spall, Concrete Flat-work, Roofing, Air Conditioning retro-fits, Plumbing, Load Bearing Structures and Carpentry projects.
With employment experience in the private, commercial, government and Faith based sectors; Matt has a reputation for quality assurance, systems management, customer service, crisis/conflict management and the heart in bringing people together.

mark aronson - Site Manager


Originally from Minnesota, Mark brings a very diverse background with him as he was the Valedictorian of his High School Class and went on to earn a Broadcasting Degree from Brown College and worked in Radio as a Sports Director and play-by-play man for six years. After five years of working as a salesman, Mark used his Broadcasting background to start up his own sports website and worked as a freelance Hockey Reporter covering both the NHL and Minnesota Wild along with the University of Minnesota Hockey teams for five
seasons prior to moving to Hawaii. An avid runner, he has completed six Honolulu Marathons. Mark worked in the Security Industry and was a Property Manager for several years before coming on board with NK Management.



Kekoa Giron - Site Manager


Kekoa Giron is a recent 2015 graduate from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, majoring in business management, with an emphasis on human resources. Taking advantage of Shidler College of Business’ extracurricular activities, he joined Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity during his junior year. His fraternity sharpened numerous skills for himself, including leadership, time management and professionalism. With his fast development, he was elected as President of his fraternity for his senior year. Kekoa has good people and management skills. Prior to joining NK Management, he began his writing career as a self published author on Amazon, decided to give back to his business fraternity nationally by serving as one of their district directors, and also officiates high school basketball for the OIA. One of Kekoa’s passions, is helping others grow professionally and personally and on his free time, he enjoys writing, adventuring and playing volleyball. He is ecstatic for what NK Management has in store for him and looks forward to bringing Hawaii communities closer together.

Austin coen - Site Manager


Austin Coen is a local who attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa, majoring in Business Administration with a focus on marketing research, branding, and retail services. His work in publishing anchored him with a solid background in digital media and photography. As a member of the American Marketing Association, he gives back to his community volunteering for Lanakila Meals on Wheels and the Institute for Human Services.

Austin has a passion for fitness and teaches a popular workout class at the Warrior Recreation Center. His class has grown from 3 people once a week to 16-20 people twice a week because of his commitment to customer service.

Austin is dedicated to continually improving the professionalism and expediency of service that his residents enjoy. He brings a high level of energy to the diverse NK Management team and is excited to share his unique talents and gifts with colleagues and clients.

Jesse Racadio-Alessi - Director of finance


Jesse was born and raised on the Island of Oahu. He is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and received his bachelor's degree in Finance from Shidler College of Business in Fall of 2016. He has years of administrative experience working for Marketing and Publication Services under the College of Education at the University of Hawaii. He also has years of experience in retail and customer service and has internship experience at an International Realty Company. He has strong interest in   investing and real estate that he is pursuing, with the valuable knowledge and experience that is being gained from working as a site manager with NK Management. 




Kawena Bautista - Creative director


Kawena Bautista was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Kawena swam competitively for fifteen years and led his high school water polo team to their first ever championship title. Kawena had the opportunity to coach world-class swimmers both in California and Hawaii. To keep himself busy, Kawena likes to be in the ocean, primarily to swim or surf. 

After moving to Oahu in 2013, Kawena received his BBA in Marketing from the Shidler School of Business. While attending Shidler, Kawena was an active member of the Hawaii Student Entrepreneurs Club, and even had the opportunity to help start a scholarship organization, Scholar’s App. 

Kawena got into property management after completing his real estate course and hopes that his experience in the start-up community and his leadership experience from coaching will contribute to NK-Management’s success.


Shira Lani Sax - Social media & Marketing Manager


Shira Lani Sax grew up on Oahu as well as several less desirable climates on the mainland. She relocated back to the island early 2017 after spending 5 years abroad doing missions work across many countries where she learned to speak Arabic.

She is a graduate of University of Mississippi's School of Business with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems. Shira started her career in the IT field and has transitioned to other areas of business including event management and marketing. 

Shira is also a recording artist on iTunes and Spotify and is passionate about leading worship and writing songs. In her free time, she loves to travel and explore new places and foods. She is excited to see her career unfold at NK Management and contribute her customer service skills and creativity to the NK team. 


Tim lu - site manager


Timothy Lu was born and raised in Honolulu. He is a graduate of University of Hawaii at Manoa and received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Shidler Business School in the Fall of 2015. During his time in college, he helped found Delta Sigma Pi’s Rho Chi Chapter, an international professional business fraternity organized to foster the study of business in Universities. Timothy credits much of his professional development to the fraternity through the numerous workshops, networking events and leadership opportunities offered and is currently a member of the alumni board.

Timothy has experience in real estate and the insurance industry having worked or interned at various companies in Downtown Honolulu. He has a strong background in digital marketing, customer service, web design, and sales. Timothy is dedicated to providing quality and efficient service and hopes to utilize his skill set to best serve the Hawaii community.


Vlad Rapoport - Site Manager


Vlad Rapoport brings with him over 20 years of Property Management experience. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Vlad held a Real Estate Broker’s license in California for the past 16 years. He operated diverse properties, from warehouses to office buildings to a mixed-use strip mall. He also has years of experience in residential real estate sales. Vlad is a member of American Management Association. After recently moving to Oahu, Vlad received his Hawaii Real Estate license.

Vlad specializes in overseeing association employees and vendors and coordinating site work schedules. He identifies maintenance issues, provides assistance and responds to questions and concerns. He enforces Governing Documents and House Rules. Vlad enjoys interacting with people and believes that proper communication is the key to resolving any issue. 

In his spare time, Vlad enjoys the beach, working out and hiking.

Nick Galang - Creative Director


Nick Galang was born in Manila, Philippines and moved a handful of times before landing and growing up in Los Angeles, California. An avid tennis player, Nick competed in national tournaments as a junior.  He graduated from The University of California at Irvine in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Psychology.

Nick currently owns a clothing business, a web design business, and a videography business. He produces music and leads his local church congregation worship team. Nick is also currently learning Swift, the Apple coding language, with aspirations to build and distribute apps. He is also a full-time youth minister for his church. Nick helped develop the NK website and has maintained it over the course of a couple of years. He brings an assortment of creative expertise and design to the team.In whatever field Nick is in, he loves to be and work with people.

In his spare time, he enjoys learning languages and following soccer, football, and basketball.

Larry Richey - Site Manager


Richey joined NECA in July of 2016 and started working for NK summer of 2017. He moved to Hawaii in 1967 where he attended James Campbell High School in Ewa Beach and then went on to the University of Hawaii. He worked in the restaurant industry for 22 years here in Hawaii, mostly, for Trans Pacific Restaurants. In 1997 he started working for Oishi’s Property Management for 17 years and worked for Hawaiian Properties LTD., for another 2 years. He then went on to work at Newtown Estates as the General Manager. He has a proven track record of providing superior client services. He is skilled in computers, software and its hardware. In his spare time, Richey enjoys billiards and golfing.





Mike Bravo - Site Manager


Lemuel Michael Bravo Jr or "Mike" was born in Quezon, Philippines then immigrated to Sunny San Diego, CA at the age of 4. At a young age, he was already involved with his church, even taking on leadership roles as a youth and adult facilitator. Sports became a big part of his childhood too, lettering in both Football and Volleyball. After High School, Mike attended San Francisco State University, but after a change in his life path, he found himself here in Hawai’i. Mike is now finishing his last year at University of Hawai’I at Manoa with a double major in both a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Shidler School of Business, as well as a Bachelor’s in Economics. He became an active member of Delta Sigma Pi: Rho Chi, an international business fraternity at Shidler, which he considers to be the best the best decision he has made collegiality. Mike brings six years of management experience to NK-Management and hopes to improve his professionalism and management skills. He is excited to continue his professional development while pursue an active role in the growth of the company.

 In his free time, Mike likes to spend time with his family and one year old son Jaxon Kahanu. He also considers himself a “fish out of water” as an analogy of his love of the ocean. Mike wants to change the world with one beach clean-up at a time in hopes that his son along the future keikis will get to experience the same joy he does with the ocean.

Robert Lawton - Site Manager


Robert Lawton is a Financial Consultant based in Honolulu, Hawaii with over 15 years of experience in the field. He began his finance career at New England Financial/MetLife but became an independent advisor when he joined Segawa Consulting Group, LLC. in 2015.

Robert is currently licensed to offer Life & Health Insurance. In addition, he holds a Series 7 investment license that focuses on investment risk, taxation, equity and debt instruments, packaged securities, options, and retirement plans. Robert’s specialties include legacy planning for business owners and charitable gifting strategies.

Robert is a past President of the city and state chapters of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). He made his home, Hawaii, in 1993, and shortly thereafter met and married his wife, Tomomi. Together, they have three children: Dean, Matt and Stacia. In his free time, Robert enjoys attending his children’s baseball games and Violin recitals. He is excited to be a part of NK and bring his expertise to the team. 

Brent Rea - Site Manager


Brent Rea was born and raised in Virginia. After serving one tour in U.S. Navy as a Cryptologic Technician, Brent moved to Oahu to pursue education. Brent holds an Associates in Business Administration from Piedmont Virginia Community College and a Bachelors in Public Administration from the University of Hawaii West Oahu. Brent is excited to begin his career at NK Management and hopeful for the future.
